Welcome to Birtik Tech's HubSpot Modules marketplace. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our HubSpot modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our HubSpot modules, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our modules.

2. License Grant

2.1 Single Site License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the module on a single HubSpot portal or website. This license includes:

If you purchase a multiple site license, you may use the module on the number of HubSpot portals specified in your purchase. Each additional portal requires a separate license.

Each module purchase includes 6 months of free support from the date of purchase. Support includes:

After the initial 6-month period, you may purchase extended support separately. Without extended support, you can continue using the module but will not receive updates or technical assistance.

We regularly release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, and maintain compatibility with HubSpot. Updates are free during your support period.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All HubSpot modules, including code, design, documentation, and related materials, are the intellectual property of Birtik Tech. Your purchase grants you a license to use the module but does not transfer ownership rights.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that the module will perform substantially as described in the documentation for 30 days from the date of purchase. If the module fails to meet this warranty, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, THE MODULES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Important: We do not guarantee that the module will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements beyond what is documented.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIRTIK TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the module.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the modules after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
