This is not a place where
you wait to be given responsibility
We hire people we trust and give them room to work. That means earlier ownership, faster feedback, and more direct impact than you would have at a larger company. It also means we expect you to take initiative and speak up when something could be better.
You keep learning
Every project we take on involves something the team has not done before. That is intentional. We pick work that pushes us and share what we learn openly.
Small team, real ownership
We are not a company where you wait six months to be trusted with something important. People here own real work from early on.
Honest communication
We say what we think, to clients and to each other. If something is not working we fix it instead of quietly tolerating it.
Work that matters
Most of our projects solve real problems for real businesses. Healthcare tools that clinical staff actually use. Platforms that connect buyers and sellers in emerging markets. Work with visible impact.
4 open positions across 2 roles
We keep our job descriptions honest. If a role requires something we have listed, we mean it. If we list a nice-to-have, it really is optional.
SEO Intern
Learn SEO on live websites, including our own. You will work on keyword research, on-page fixes, blog content and reporting, and see in Search Console how each change affects rankings.
Sales Intern
Learn how IT services are sold to businesses in India and abroad. You will research prospects, start conversations on LinkedIn and email, and help the team turn enquiries into discovery calls.
Graphic Designer Intern
A chance to do real design work on real projects, not mockups that sit in a folder. You will work with our product and marketing teams to create visuals that actually ship to clients.
Business Development Executive
We are growing and need someone who enjoys building relationships and finding the right clients for what we do. This is not a cold-calling role. It is about having honest conversations with businesses that need what we build.
What to expect when you apply
We keep the process short. Usually two to three weeks from application to offer. We respect your time.
Apply
Send us your resume and a short note about why this role interests you. No cover letter templates, just write like you would to a person.
Screening
A 30-minute call with someone from our team. We want to understand your experience and you can ask us anything.
Practical
A short task relevant to the role. Not a trick. We want to see how you think, not whether you can pass an algorithm test.
Interview
A deeper conversation with the team you would work with. Culture and technical fit, both matter.
Offer
If we are a good match on both sides, you get a clear offer with no hidden conditions.
