Birtik Tech Pvt Ltd provides software development, web development, mobile application development, AI solutions, and related IT services, including but not limited to:

• Custom Software Development
• Web Development and Design
• Mobile App Development
• AI and Machine Learning Solutions
• Technical Consulting and Support

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the project agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Work may be suspended for overdue payments
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Upon full payment, clients own the custom code and applications developed specifically for their project. However:

• Birtik Tech retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and know-how
• Third-party components and libraries remain under their respective licenses
• Pre-existing intellectual property of Birtik Tech remains our property

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will:

• Keep all client information confidential
• Not disclose project details to third parties without consent
• Use appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data
• Sign additional NDAs when required

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

That said, we are committed to delivering quality work and will address any issues in good faith.

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and project materials
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination

Client reviews shown on this site are quoted word for word from Google and Clutch and link to their source; we do not edit them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
